The MVP intentionally uses placeholder art rather than copyrighted scans. The gallery asset model is already ready for rights-cleared replacements later.

Gallinari's #100 /99 matters because it lives in the autograph-only tail that completes the 2008 rookie ladder. Without those six rookie autos, the class would read much more narrowly than the actual checklist supports.

Rose's #92 /99 is the headline card of 2008-09 Exquisite and the clearest reason the release still carries real late-run gravity. The broader checklist matters too, but this is the card that makes the year's rookie story immediately legible to serious collectors.
